- An owner or occupier of land adjacent to the road
- A person who uses the road
- Someone who would be affected by the closure
- An "interested person" as defined under the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982
Deadline for objections: 14 August 2025
All objections must be submitted in writing to Council before the deadline and will be referred to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for determination in accordance with the requirements of the Act
