Cygnet and surrounds is made up of Cradoc, Cygnet, Petcheys Bay, Deep Bay, Gardners Bay, Glaziers Bay, Woodstock, Pelverata, Verona Sands, Wattle Grove, Lymington, Garden Island Creek, Upper Woodstock, Nicholls Rivulet, Abels Bay, Eggs and Bacon Bay, Lower Wattle Grove, Charlotte Cove, and Randalls Bay.

The Huon Valley Council acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the South East Nation, the Melukerdee people of the Huon River and the Lyluequonny people of the Far South.
