CFLC Community Outreach is coming to the Huon Valley!

CFLC Community Outreach:

• Supports children (birth to 5 years) and families to access and participate in early learning and support services.
• Responds to the unique needs of each local community.
• May include a "Hub" at Huonville Primary School where parents and children (pregnancy to age five) can connect with services and supports.
• May offer outreach support, such as transport, to help families access services and programs in the community.

We would love to hear your views about what this initiative might look like for children, pregnancy to age 5, and their families in your community!
